Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, power washing, painting and patching walls., Assist with basic repairs to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems under supervision., Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs., Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, supplies, and work areas., Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner., Assist with setup and breakdown for company events or office reconfigurations.
